A low cost, latex based, intumescent smoke and firestopping sealant for wall and floor penetrations. Easy-to-handle formulation that bonds to concrete, metal, wood and cable jacketing. Dries to a firm, rubber-like solid. Provides up to 2 hours of fire protection.
